Zaki Rahman is a graduate of the University of Sussex from where he obtained his LLB degree, and was subsequently called to the Bar of England and Wales from Lincoln's Inn. He has over 14 years of experience in the practice of corporate and commercial law in Pakistan. He represents a wide variety of companies from Telecommunications, Oil & Gas and the Financial sector. He is the Pakistan contributor on Corporate Legal Issues for the World Bank's annual 'Doing Business' report and the legal advisor for Newsweek Pakistan. He is also noted in the prestigious Chambers and Partners Publication and is an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Shaikh Ahmad Hassan School of Law.
Zaki is notably among the few people in Pakistan to have qualified the Institute of Capital Market's first ever held test for the Certified Sales Agent Program (later changed to Certified Mutual Funds Distributor) in February 2010 with an impressive score. He advises on various aspects of the business development, strategy, and legal & regulatory areas for FundShop.
